We also had other panels about what we did to hit the mark, and we accomplished some of the goals we set the year before,” Ares said. “This is really just a collaborative event with real estate agents listed on the local market.”

Mr. Ares said there was another message the company wanted to send to real estate agents as mortgage brokers continue to capture a significant portion of the market share across the country.
Part of the event focused on the so-called Broker Advantage. “For me, one of the biggest benefits of using a mortgage broker is the simple fact that I sell my money for less and close faster,” Arles explained. “What inspired me to start this event was to actually ask the people who serve buyers: Do they negotiate for buyers? Obviously, everyone said yes. .
“And I provided facts from a study called AIME. [the Association of Independent Mortgage Experts] This shows how much consumers save by using an independent mortgage broker compared to using a retail lender. This will save you over 100,000 yen. And I asked them, if they were really negotiating for the borrower, why would they use an overpriced lender? ”
