Milk Makeup Jelly Blush/Tint
According to Google Trends, searches for “Milk Makeup Jelly Blush/Tint” have increased “significantly” over the past week. This is probably due to the upcoming release of this product. It is scheduled to be released on February 6, 2024, and the brand announced the release on Instagram a few days ago. This formula is described as a long-wearing cheek/stain with buildable coverage and moisturizing properties. The bouncy, jelly-like blush glides on transparently and is reported to be 90% natural.
Morphe Makeup Talk Eye/Lip Liner
Also, Google Trends shows that searches for “Makeup Talk Morphe” and “Makeup Talk Morphe lip liner” are up 1,500%. This eye and lip liner product from Morphe is no longer available in the “Makeup Talk” shade. According to the TikTok post, it has been discontinued (probably fueling the hype). In fact, most colors of this product are sold out on the brand's website. The formula is described as being “intensely pigmented” and creamy and smooth when applied.

Evaluation of sugar cosmetics
Google Trends report shows a 350% increase in queries for “sugar cosmetics reviews.” This seems to be primarily related to the brand's interest in greater success. Fashion Week's interview with CEO Vinita Singh, published a day or two ago, touted the brand as “reaching unicorn status” with an estimated value of more than $500 million. This internet-first brand has raised a total of more than $84.9 million across 10 rounds of funding from 30 investors.
A quick search on the brand's website revealed one of their newest products: Arch Arrival Brow Powder. Using a sponge-tipped applicator, users can simply swipe the color onto their brows to enhance their natural look and give them 'volume'. Formulated with argan oil, this product claims its effects last for 12 hours and is water and stain resistant.
material: Talc, mica polydimethylsiloxane, Argania spinosa Kernel oil, dimethicone crosspolymer, phenoxyethanol, caprylyl glycol, triethoxycaprylyl silane; Can contain: CI 77491, CI 77492, CI 77499.
rice serum
According to Exploding Topics, interest in rice serums is rapidly increasing. This is a product that contains fermented rice food and has anti-aging effects. Interest in the category is increasing thanks to “Beauty of Joseon”, with searches for the brand reportedly increasing by 760% in the past two years. According to Exploding Topics, this brand earns him $553,000 a month on Amazon. This is part of a larger rice-based skincare metatrend that includes other product types, such as rice toners that balance the skin's pH and rice water shampoos that nourish the hair.
#Spacemakeup and #Lazylipstick
Last but not least, Spate's TikTok hashtag tracker never disappoints. This week's top topic was the same as last week (#blurringblush, up 2.42 million percent this week from last week), but second and third place went to #spacemakeup and #lazylipstick.
#Spacemakeup is up ~6,300% week over week and is associated with space-inspired makeup, applying bold purple, blue, rainbow, black, glitter, and chrome-colored cosmetics to the face to create a three-dimensional effect. is added. Several makeup artists have demonstrated this effect, and its popularity continues to grow.
#Lazylipstick is up ~4,770% week over week and is an interesting new lipstick shape (or at least new to us). Presented in a kind of “disc” shape, the lid of the package rotates half a turn to open to reveal a “semi-circle” of lip product. The rod-shaped solid body has an outline similar to the upper lip. Users can open the product with one hand or by using the tab on the package to rotate the lid. They apply it by gently closing it around the lips (like a baby pacifier) and touch up as needed. Products are available in a variety of shades, including color changes.
