What inspired you to create a chef-driven travel experience?
Mawa Chef
I love to travel and see different parts of the world, and I often get questions from customers, clients, and social media DMs about recommended places to eat, see, and stay. Of course, some people will ask if they can travel with you. . So I thought why not combine my love of travel, knowledge of France, and spirit of customer service and hospitality for a unique and inspiring trip to Bordeaux? When you travel, you don't go to all the tourist spots. I want to do work that explores the authenticity of places and people. Of course, some of the tourist attractions are fun and worth seeing, but my goal is to introduce my fellow travelers to new local places, and to introduce French places that are not considered traditional. We want to take you to a true experience of hospitality. tourist.

What do you hope guests will take away from this experience?
Mawa Chef
I want them to come away with a different and authentic view of France. France is more than just the Eiffel Tower. France has a lot of culture and hidden charms to share with people. In Bordeaux, you won't just taste legendary wines, you'll learn about where the people who make them live, what they want to make, their love for the land, and what the French call “terroir.'' can be discovered.
Guests will leave this experience with a deeper understanding of the French people, an appreciation for their culture, and the time people spend producing in Bordeaux, from wine to French cuisine to local handicrafts. Sho.

We hope that our guests leave feeling like they have had a once-in-a-lifetime experience. We will visit her four major cities, admire the beauty of Halong Bay by boat, bike through rice fields and down the Mekong River while enjoying the country's amazing food and culture.
Are you planning on taking cooking lessons during your trip?
Mawa Chef
absolutely. First of all, I plan on having a few breakfasts and one or two dinners during my trip. I haven't decided on a specific menu yet, but I want to make sure to use seasonal ingredients during my stay, and one of my dinners includes a trip to a local farmers' market, where I can do some shopping. I'm planning to teach you how. Using local ingredients, we gather all the necessary ingredients and together we create a wonderful French dish. The meals we all cook together will be family style and everything will be French style. This means dinner includes plenty of wine and lasts up to four hours. Nothing is fast in France. I show participants how to truly relax, be present, and enjoy the moment, and that not everything has to be done at a fast pace. Cooking, especially a French Kaiseki dinner, is a time-consuming moment for many people. There's so much joy in doing so and I can't wait to share it with people.

absolutely. I plan on cooking at least three times during the trip, especially on the beautiful boat in Halong Bay and after pulling fresh river shrimp from the Mekong River.
