The Senior Digital Marketing Producer will be responsible for supporting the implementation of digital marketing initiatives such as multi-channel advertising campaigns and coordinating video and photo production with external companies. This role facilitates the implementation of marketing and communications strategies to effectively recruit domestic and international students prospectively enrolled into Faculty of Health courses.
This role will be flexible between the office and home, with you expected to be in the office two days a week.
As a Senior Digital Marketing Producer, you will be responsible for:
- Develop, build, and support campaigns across social media and display channels (Meta, Google Ads, Adobe Advertising, Tik Tok, etc.)
- Design and develop campaign assets (such as static creative or animated content)
- Support your core digital marketing programs with short-form copywriting across paid search, digital advertising, and retargeting campaigns.
- Project manage and lead faculty video approaches, working internally and/or with external companies to produce video assets for use on digital campaigns and the Deakin website.
- Under the direction of the Marketing Manager (Health) and Digital Marketing Coordinator, support the execution of marketing plans at departmental and university level.
To be successful, you need:
- degree with subsequent relevant experience. or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training (in areas such as advertising, media communications, graphic design, marketing, multimedia, social media, etc.)
- Knowledge of the digital media landscape and content requirements for each media channel.
- Preferred: Experience developing digital marketing campaigns using platforms such as Meta, Google Ads (Google Display Network/YouTube), and Adobe Ads.Experience with video editing or producing animation assets.
- Experience with:
- ATL (Above The Line), development of creative assets across digital and social marketing channels.
- End-to-end project management for project management processes and photo and video asset production and/or video editing capabilities (using project management tools such as Monday.com)
- Use of Adobe Creative Suite such as Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, etc.
- Work with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to balance priorities and resources and manage relationships between them.
