Russell Reynolds Associates (RRA), a global leadership advisory firm, has hired Gemma Burgess as managing director and co-leader of its global real estate practice.
Based in Chicago and New York, Burgess brings 20 years of research and consulting experience across private equity, investment banking, investment management, and real estate investment trusts.
She joins RRA from human resources consultancy Ferguson Partners, where she spent 16 years, later serving as CEO and vice chair. Mr. Burgess also previously served as president of the company's U.S. search operations.
Earlier in his career, he worked in non-executive searches for Hanson Green and executive searches for Ramsey Hall.
