Allen, Texas, February 15, 2024–(BUSINESS WIRE)–FTK Construction Services, a national general contractor specializing in affordable housing/LIHTC projects, has named Riley Goodman vice president of finance and information technology. announced that he had been promoted to Mr. Goodman will oversee all of the company's financial operations, along with all of his IT operations and systems for preconstruction, production, and administration. Mr. Goodman assumes his new role after previously serving as Director of Financial Operations at FTK. In that role, Goodman led efforts to strengthen accounts payable, expense processing and project completion processes. He also redesigned Power BI reporting procedures, oversaw IT equipment purchasing and issuance compliance, and provided FTK with an administrative support system for an average of 250 projects per year. Mr. Goodman began his career in 2020 as an operations analyst for FTK's three areas of expertise: LIHTC/Affordable Housing Projects, Market Rate Renovations, and Insurance Rehabilitation Projects. Goodman earned a bachelor's degree in financial science with an emphasis in financial analysis and investments from the University of Arkansas.
Goodman is headquartered in Allen, Texas. When he's not working, he enjoys spending time with his family, being outdoors, and following his favorite sports team.
