Oak Park-based electric commercial truck manufacturer Bollinger Motors has selected Waterford Township-based LaFontaine Automotive Group as its first authorized dealer.
The first two stores will be located at LaFontaine Bollinger Farmington Hills (30250 Grand River Ave.) in Farmington Hills and LaFontaine Bollinger Lansing (3625 S Pennsylvania Ave.) in Lansing.
The Bollinger B4 Chassis Cab is an all-new all-electric Class 4 commercial truck designed from the ground up with fleet and upfitter input. Bollinger's chassis design protects his 800V battery and components, providing what the company calls “unmatched safety in the commercial market.” The company expects deliveries of B4 chassis cabs to begin in the second half of 2024.
