Remember “Stupid Pet Tricks” from “The Late Show with David Letterman”? Well, TBS is turning it into its own TV show, and they're looking for Colorado pets to star in it.
Comedian Sarah Silverman will host a reimagining of the iconic show segment starting February 11 (3 p.m. MST) on TBS.
To create some buzz for the new show and find out which pets will be featured, TBS will travel to five U.S. cities on the Stupid Pet Tricks tour starting February 3rd.The tour will stop at Oscar Blues Brewery in Tampa, Dallas, Austin, Brevard, North Carolina, and Longmont, Colorado on February 13th from 4 to 8 p.m.
The Longmont event is free and open to the public and will feature photo opportunities, giveaways, pet adoptions, music, food trucks, as well as a “red carpet” and pet performance stage. Event details can be found on the Oscar Blues website.
Entries to appear on “Stupid Pet Tricks” are already being considered by TBS. Social media users can post videos of their pet's talents, tricks, and funny behaviors to Instagram or TikTok by tagging the hashtag #MyStupidPetTrick and her TBS @TBSnetwork. TBS will choose one trick each week to air during an episode of “Stupid Pet Tricks.”
