Localize is offering the much-awaited Google Vehicle Ads to dealerships as part of a pilot scheme.
The advertising solution, formerly known as VLA, has been operating in the US for almost two years.
New and used car ads reach the most qualified buyers on Google by matching dealer inventory to your search terms, delivering photo ads directly to the top of your web page.
The ad includes a photo and important information such as location, make, model, price, and mileage. Once a consumer selects an ad, they are directed to a live ad on the dealer's website where they can submit an inquiry.
Raphael Millin, Managing Director of Localise, said: “Our agency is extremely proud to have been selected to take part in the pilot launch of Google Vehicle Ads in the UK. It has already been an amazing success in the US.
“This is a game-changer for car dealers, allowing them to stay ahead of the curve while improving margins. It will directly capture attention and increase sales.
“Meanwhile, consumers no longer have to hunt through multiple third-party sites and can instead instantly find what they want within their local area.”
Fraser Brown of MotorVise, an automotive consultancy that works with dealers to increase sales and profits, predicts that the introduction of Google Vehicle Ads will be transformative and give dealers a significant competitive edge. .
He said: “We believe this is transformational for UK car dealers, reducing advertising costs while increasing profit margins for dealers who can quickly take advantage of this opportunity.” .
“I have worked with Mr. Ruff for many years and have been impressed with how well he has taken care of our automotive customers since he launched Localize. We’re delighted to be one of the first to offer it to our dealers here in the UK.”
