Job Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing a digital marketing strategy:
Identify your target audience and devise digital campaigns that attract, inform, and convert prospects.
Develop and refine a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with your company's long-term goals.
Conduct SWOT analysis and market research to identify new opportunities and threats.
Manage and grow your company's presence on various social media platforms.
Create and curate engaging content for social media.
Monitor and respond to social media comments, messages, and mentions.
Develop and implement content strategies that align with marketing goals.
Create and optimize content for various digital channels, including websites, blogs, and social media.
- Search engine optimization (SEO):
Perform keyword research and optimize your website content to improve search engine rankings.
Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools.
Design and execute email campaigns to nurture leads and attract existing customers.
Analyze the performance of your email campaigns and make recommendations for improvement.
Manage and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and social media.
Monitor your ad performance, adjust your budget, and make suggestions for improvements.
Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze the performance of your digital marketing campaigns.
Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and make data-driven recommendations.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities.
Stay up to date on industry developments and emerging digital marketing trends.
Proactively identifies and implements emerging trends and technologies in digital marketing.
Try new tools and strategies to stay competitive.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams:
Work closely with other departments such as sales, product development, and customer service to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with overall business goals.
Mentor and mentor junior members of the Digital Marketing team.
Efficiently manage your digital marketing budget and make data-driven decisions to allocate resources effectively.
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital channels.
Monitor your online reputation and address any issues or concerns.
Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
Participate in training programs and conferences to improve your skills.
Oversee the end-to-end execution of digital campaigns and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
Optimize your campaigns to maximize ROI and efficiency.
- Conversion rate optimization (CRO):
Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates on your website and landing pages.
Implement A/B testing and improve user experience.
- Customer relationship management (CRM):
Integrate your digital marketing efforts with your CRM system to improve lead nurturing and customer retention.
Analyze customer data to personalize marketing campaigns.
Implement and manage a marketing automation platform for more efficient and personalized communications.
Create and optimize automated workflows.
Develop and execute strategies for global markets.
Adapt your campaigns to different cultures and languages.
Identify potential risks in your digital marketing strategy and implement mitigation plans.
Stay informed about legal and ethical considerations in digital marketing.
- Vendor and agency management:
Collaborate with external vendors and agencies to increase the effectiveness of your marketing campaigns.
Contract negotiation and relationship management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science and Engineering, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Bachelor's degree in Communications, or related field.
- Experience: At least 3 years.
Additional requirements:
- Ages range from 24 to 30 years old.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
- Knowledge of various digital marketing channels including social media, content marketing, email marketing, SEO, SEM (Search Engine Marketing), and PPC (Pay Per Click) advertising.
- At least 2-3 years of work experience in digital marketing.
- Experience in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns is highly valued.
- Ability to analyze data and derive insights from various analytical tools.
- Knowledge of tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, or other analytics platforms.
- An understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) best practices.
- Knowledge of keyword research, on-page optimization, and backlink strategies.
- Proficiency in managing and optimizing social media profiles.
- Knowledge of social media advertising platforms.
- Excellent writing and content creation skills.
- Ability to develop and execute content marketing strategies.
- Experience creating and managing email marketing campaigns.
- Knowledge of email marketing tools and best practices.
- Creative thinking and ability to come up with innovative ideas for marketing campaigns.
- Design skills and familiarity with graphic design tools may be an added advantage.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate marketing strategies to various stakeholders.
- Comfortable with using a variety of digital marketing tools and platforms.
