1. Bartlett (22-10): The Panthers won their third consecutive regular season district title and finished the regular season as the region's No. 1 girls team. Last week's ranking: 1st place.
2. Whitehaven (19-5): The Tigers returned to second place in the area standings and were crowned 4A Girls Memphis-Shelby County Interhigh Athletic Association city champions. Last week's ranking: 3rd place.
3. Hutchison (21-2): The Sting finished the regular season with a dominant win over Briarcrest and moved into the top five in this week's women's basketball rankings. Last week's ranking: 6th place.
4. Memphis East (21-5): The Mustangs lost to Memphis Central in the final game of the regular season, dropping to third place. Last week's ranking: 2nd place.
5. Collierville (20-8): The Dragons lost to Bartlett in the final game of the regular season, dropping them one spot. Last week's ranking: 4th place.
6. Hernando (21-5): The Tigers have won their last 11 games, including a win over Lewisburg in Friday night's final game. Moved up to just outside the top five. Last week's ranking: 9th place.
7. Lewisburg (20-8): The Patriots end the regular season with a four-game winning streak. This week we will prepare for the postseason. Last week's ranking: 7th place.
8. Middle College (25-2): The Bulldogs defeated Westwood in the MSCIAA City Championship on Saturday, 12th Straight win. Last week's ranking: 8th place.

9. Center Hill (20-7): The Mustangs ended the regular season by dropping three of their final four games. Neshoba County is in the playoffs. Last week's ranking: 5th place.
10. Houston (17-9): Anna Lee Avery scored 20 or more points twice last week and helped lead the Mustangs to their third straight win heading into this week's district tournament. Last week's ranking: 10th place.
