According to IBM, “The global average cost of a data breach in 2023 was $4.45 million, an increase of 15% compared to the previous three years. 51% of organizations have changed their incident response (IR) plans as a result of a breach. We plan to increase our investments in security, including testing, employee training, and use of threat detection and response tools.”
