Managing a wide range of artist campaigns across our roster, this role will be tasked with creating, distributing and coordinating digital marketing campaigns for domestic and international releases.
Responsibilities include:
- Strategic digital campaign planning to deliver creative, innovative and efficient digital advertising and social media campaigns, as well as organic activation and strategic partnerships with digital platforms or DSPs.
- Leverage digital trends and developments in the technology field to create industry-leading digital marketing activations
- Leverage your artist channels to grow your audience and increase engagement by running both organic activations and paid media campaigns
- Grow your online community and mobilize your super fans using the best practical audience development and retention strategies.
- Advise artists, managers, and internal marketing teams on digital best practices.
- Analyze and interpret audience data to inform strategy and set KPIs
- Work closely with project managers to align campaign timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
- Work closely with creative content producers to deliver digital campaign assets
- Manage and monitor paid media budgets and collaborate with central media buying team to execute efficient paid media campaigns.
- Monitor KPIs and provide monthly reports on digital marketing performance for internal and external stakeholders.
- Share case studies and best practices with local and global teams
- Identify trends, opportunities, and performance drivers through data analysis and monitoring of global social media trends
qualification
- Extensive knowledge of social media and online promotion strategies
- Digital native.Regular user of social media platforms and aware of trends not only in music but in culture as a whole
- Understanding and practical experience with advertising and analysis tools on each social media (Meta, YouTube, Tik Tok, etc.)
- Extensive knowledge of the music market
- Ability to build creative and innovative artist development campaigns.
- Data-driven and results-oriented: ability to analyze and use data to optimize development
- Ability to be structured and organized, follow processes and monitor budgets
- Familiar with market trends, music industry developments, digital innovations, and digital marketing tools.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Highly motivated, organized and with excellent time management skills
- Team player with creative ideas and a positive attitude
- Digital marketing and technology contacts are welcome but not required
