He shared that he was inspired by watching YouTubers unpack similar Amazon homes, which led him to purchase his own prefab structure that could be expanded into a full-fledged home. The development sparked considerable interest and marked the evolution of his Amazon into a one-stop destination for a huge variety of products, which now includes expandable prefab homes.
This prefab home is sold on various online sites such as Amazon and eBay. It is currently on sale in select countries including the US, with prices ranging from $17,600 (Rs. 14,61,160) to $34,899 (Rs. 28,97,526). The 19-by-20-foot modern-style home is priced at $20,999, roughly equivalent to Rs. 17,43,000. The upper part is made of waterproof plastic, and the frame material is made of alloy steel. The container house consists of a steel structure with flame-retardant foam wallboards.
The standard external dimensions are L19 x W20 x H8 after expansion, allowing for ample storage of approximately 292.5 square feet. Prefabricated houses are manufactured at a factory and then folded for delivery, saving space during transportation. . Buyers can easily assemble it on a flat surface and disassemble it whenever they want to move it. Additionally, it can be used as a permanent residence.
