Label groups Loving Alliance (Jax Jones, Riton, Hannah Laing, DOD management) and WUGD (London-based internationally influential dance and electronic record label by Jax Jones) and doof (new record label, event Series, and Skiddle's 2023 #1 Artist Merchandise Company, Hannah Laing ) is looking for a digital marketing and community expert to work on both management and label projects.
This role requires a deep, native and passionate understanding of all internet, cultural, and audience/community trends. (Dance) Music and Nightlife He is not only a culture, but someone who lives and thrives digitally within it.

role
This position spans the executive roster and label group. This role will not only be obsessed with the best, most efficient and progressive way to digitally market artist moments across the business (lives, records, merch drops, etc.), but also create a safe and thriving community of artists' fans. I have a deep love for building. From tour announcements to merchandise sales and digital/physical activations, our fans are our top priority.
Two key focuses of this role are working with external label partners at Polydor and SoundCloud to continually improve artists' digital marketing strategies and execution, and developing ideas for artists' fans and creating fan-based ideas. The aim is to ensure seamless communication while communicating with others. A fan experience that spans digital and physical.
This role will also be responsible for managing top-notch digital marketing campaigns while developing social media strategies and managing third-party agencies that deliver strategies across numerous touch points in an artist's career.
You will be (including, but not limited to)
Devise and execute D2F activations and manage post-activation data feedback
We work with external label partners to optimize the best possible release timeline for our artists and how to integrate our digital strategy throughout to generate maximum noise.
We were asked to provide ahead-of-the-curve digital marketing ideas for artists, from the big ideas to the important details, to the latest product and partner suggestions that could make an impact.

Create and manage new ways to connect with fans across all your digital communities, including Discord, IG, YouTube, broadcast channels, WhatsApp groups, email lists, and more.
Building and implementing digital growth and data strategies in key international markets.Capture, analyze and exploit
Recognize where you can and should own artist-owned data away from companies like Ticketmaster and Universal
Analyze and apply social and DSP data to overall artist and campaign strategy
Responsible for maintaining and keeping the centralized fan database up to date.digital marketing
Work with artist managers, artists, record labels, and agencies to see your digital marketing efforts from concept to distribution
Create and manage a consistent social media strategy and multifaceted strategy across the digital world (DSP and other digital platforms) for all artists.
Manage strategic partnerships and relationships with digital platforms important to artists (TikTok, YouTube, Discord, Soundcloud, etc.)
Manage the end-to-end content creation process and distribution for your entire artist roster
Key stakeholders in all digital marketing and social media conversations across all artist projects.
Consistent mailer creation and management
Manage all digital requests to artists between parties
Support artist managers with tour promotion and digital marketing
you/you have
Proven experience in successfully running digital music campaigns, ideally in the dance/electronic space.
Understand how to optimize digital marketing through release timelines across multiple moments, both physical and digital, to not only maximize attention and “consumers,” but also everything else in an artist’s business. Identify and cultivate true fans that stick around across sectors
our relationships with digital platforms and partners, including but not limited to TikTok and YouTube, and the desire of our management team and across the label group to deepen these partnerships;

Experience working with (and managing) external teams/agencies
