Cruise names automotive and autonomous vehicle safety leader Steve Kenner as chief safety officer

Kenner owns Kodiak, Aurora, Uber (NYSE:), Ford (NYSE:), and GM Lead cruise safety governance, systems and operations

Mr. Kenner brings deep experience in the autonomous vehicle (AV) industry and excellence in safety engineering in the automotive industry and will work directly with the Cruise Board of Directors to oversee Cruise's safety management systems and operations. .
