Exclusive images obtained by the US Sun show a number of businesses, including Zouk Nightclub and Mulberry's Pizzeria, sealed off on the ground floor of the hotel and casino.
Aerial photos show white tables and chairs with red cushions and a red carpet step-and-repeat board with the game's logo on it as the Chiefs play the San Francisco 49ers.
A giant black sign with orange letters reading “Chiefs Postgame Party'' also hung at the entrance to the party, and security was posted before the game even started.
Another giant red sign features the words “Chiefs Kingdom” and a stage, bar and other equipment can be seen set up in the intimate space.
TMZ reports that the Chainsmokers will perform at the hotel for their post-Super Bowl party, as the team has already been banned from performing music.
Player Patrick Mahomes is friends with DJs Alex Paul and Drew Taggart. And the trio even partied together after last year's Super Bowl.
The Department of Homeland Security was seen patrolling the area with security guards and staff, preparing to intercept party crashers.

Tight security is not just for the players, but for the possibility that Taylor Swift and her celebrity friends will be joining her boyfriend Travis Kelce at the venue.
Taylor, 34, was seen cheering on her team alongside actress Blake Lively and rapper Ice Spice in a private suite at Allegiant Stadium, home of the Las Vegas Raiders.
The pop star's attendance has not been confirmed, but Mr. Chief's heir, Gracie Hunt, exclusively told the US Sun that she plans to attend the celebration if Mr. Chief wins.
Speaking at Michael Rubin's Fanatics Party at the Cosmopolitan's Marquee Day Club on Saturday, she said: “I know she's going to have nice accommodations of her own for the game.'' But we'll be at the Chiefs' big afterparty.”
The US Sun reported that Travis and Taylor may also spend time together at the $1 million boardwalk on Lake Las Vegas, which they reportedly rented for friends and family.
The 49ers also have their own after-bash, held at OMNIA nightclub at Caesars Palace in the middle of the Las Vegas Strip.

It's likely to be chaotic, given the heavy traffic that has caused headaches for the thousands of people who descended on Sin City for this year's celebrations.
The US Sun reports frequent traffic jams along the Strip, with lines of up to two hours, and fights erupting between drivers trying to access exclusive parties at the city's luxury hotels. He has revealed that he is about to do so.
He added, “The Chiefs loved having her as part of this season's celebrations. It added energy and made the fan excitement special.”
Swift and Kelce's relationship has become one of the most talked about storylines of the 2023 NFL season.
And Hunt thinks that's a positive thing, as he believes their romance will “absolutely” have an uplifting effect on the country.
“I think there are a lot of difficult things in life, but when you find two people who are great people and are happy to be together and find that joy, all you can do is support them.” she said.
