A Lakewood fast-food restaurant has formed a new property management company, and several nearby restaurants are under new ownership.

During this period, Chautauqua Mall Realty Holding LLC of Great Neck, New York, sold 318 Fairmount Avenue in Lakewood to Paramount Investment Group LLC of Compton, California for $1.2 million. The name of the property appears on the sales document. “Outparcel” For Taco Bell.
There were two other restaurants in the town of Basti that had new owners.
Debra Schuyler sold property at 4477 West Fairmount Avenue and Basti Fourth and Fifth Streets to CHQ Ventures, LLC of Williamsville for $450,000. This is where Schuyler's Country Kitchen is located. On Nov. 2, the owners of Lakelife Cafe in Bemus Point announced on Facebook that they have become the new owners of Schuyler's Kitchen in Lakewood. “We are very excited to continue Deb’s legacy with this wonderful facility.” they wrote.
Christine Forsberg sold 792 Basti Sugar Grove Road, Basti to MSSC Development LLC, a Falconer company, for $130,000. This is the location of Basti Tap House. On October 25th, Busti Tap House announced on Facebook that new management would be taking over the facility. It officially reopened to the public on January 24th.
Another established business under new ownership is Bemus Point Market. John and Ruth Marsh sold 12 Main St., Bemus Point, to Food for Bemus LLC of Asheville for $430,000. Bems Point Market announced on Facebook on December 31st that it was under new ownership. We were closed in January, but resumed operations on February 1st.
In Jamestown, a former restaurant is being repurposed. Jamestown Regional Properties, LLC of Mayville sold 235 Fluvanna Avenue, Jamestown to North Eastern Equipment Sales and Rentals, LLC of Olean for $75,000. This is where The Eatery used to be. This building is now North Eastern Equipment Sales & Rentals, Inc.
Including the aforementioned sales from October 21st to 31st, there were nine sales of more than $250,000. The remaining top sellers are as follows:
