More than 200 Detroit-area commercial real estate professionals attended the event, speaking to industry leaders on everything from the continued demand for multifamily and industrial space, the evolution of the office sector to the aspirations that come with stable real estate. I heard them exchanging opinions. Good news surrounding the interest rate environment and commercial momentum in downtown Detroit.
