Surprisingly, some of these individuals continue to play similar roles today without adapting to technology. This observation is a recurring theme in our daily interactions with people and businesses around the world. They may understand the concept of AI, but struggle to utilize it effectively. I think this is a big problem.

This means that these industries have already adopted artificial intelligence tools and practices and will continue to open up new technological horizons.

It's all about chatbots and virtual assistants. These technologies are already part of our daily lives and are poised for significant growth.
