In a significant step forward for higher education in Egypt, the International Branch of Cairo University (IBCU) has signed a new agreement with the University of East London (UEL). The agreement was signed in the presence of Egypt's Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research Ayman Ashour and aims to promote cooperation in the fields of economy, finance and digital marketing. The signing ceremony was held at the provincial headquarters in the new administrative capital.

The Minister highlighted the successful implementation of dual degree programs in cooperation with UEL in other Egyptian educational institutions, including Alexandria National University, New Mansoura University and National Mansoura University.
